TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to STARDEXTCG. By accessing our website and purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Live Opening Products

By purchasing products marked for live opening, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your product (e.g., Galaxy Bag) will be opened live on a designated stream platform (such as TikTok, YouTube, or Whatnot).

  • Once the product is opened on-stream, the sale is final. No returns or refunds will be granted for opened products under any circumstances.

  • If you are not present during the stream, your product may still be opened, and you waive the right to dispute the outcome unless a clear mistake was made (see Section 4).

2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • All orders will be processed and shipped after the live opening (if applicable).

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your shipment has been sent.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entries.

3. Refund & Return Eligibility

  • Refunds and returns are only possible for unopened items, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Refunds for live-opened items will only be issued at our discretion and under specific circumstances (e.g., wrong product opened, stream error).

4. Missed Live Openings

If you miss your live opening:

  • Your product may still be opened on-stream.

  • You may be eligible for a discretionary refund based on stream circumstances.

  • We will not be held responsible if the opening occurs as scheduled and you are not present.

5. Content Ownership

All live openings are recorded. By purchasing, you consent to your order being filmed and possibly featured on STARDEXTCG platforms.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage all customers to contact us first before disputing any charges. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Forfeiture of any remaining unopened products

7. Modifications to Terms

STARDEXTCG reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and purchase of products implies acceptance of any changes.
