RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At STARDEXTCG, customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities. Please review our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.


Live Openings (Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable)
All Galaxy Bags and related mystery products are opened live on-stream. Once a product is opened on stream, it is considered final sale — no returns or refunds will be granted under any circumstances. This applies whether the buyer is present during the stream or not.


Unopened Orders (Return Eligibility)
If your bag has not yet been opened live on-stream, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us before the item is opened on-stream.

  • You must provide your order number and purchase email.

  • The item must be unopened and not queued for opening.


Missed Stream Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)
If your purchase was opened live while you were unavailable:

  • We will review the stream footage and timing.

  • Refunds may be considered based on circumstances (e.g. technical error, early opening).

  • All refund decisions in this category are made at our discretion.


How to Request a Refund or Return
Please email us at support@stardextcg.com or message our tiktok or discord immediately before bags are open:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the request


Important Notes

  • All live openings are recorded and timestamped for transparency.

  • STARDEXTCG reserves the right to deny refund/return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • Chargebacks made without contacting us will result in permanent loss of access to future drops and giveaways.
