For non-live orders, processing is typically 1–2 business days.

❗ Damaged or Lost Packages
Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused during transit.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We will provide tracking and shipping documentation to assist with your claim, but STARDEXTCG is not liable for carrier issues.

If your order includes a live-opening product (e.g., Galaxy Bag), your item will not be shipped until after it is opened on-stream.
